This run/walk clinic is designed with YOU in mind. Whether you’re looking to build up your endurance, get faster, learn some new running techniques or just join an awesome group of people to help motivate and hold you accountable, SOLE PATROL can assist you with that and more.
Time Frame: 3 Consecutive Saturdays
(June 4th, June 11th, and June 18th)
Each training session is 90 minutes long. Start time is from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM.
Week 1: Form, Stretching, and Breathing
Week 2: Hills, Hydration, and Nutrition
Week 3: Magic Mile & Drills
Week 1: Form, Stretching, Breathing
Week 2: Walking, Hydration, and Nutrition
Week 3: From Walking to Running
The class registration fee is $45 per person. This fee includes three training sessions, a custom pace chart for each runner, a custom weekly running schedule for each athlete, and a SOLE PATROL t-shirt.
This run/walk clinic is open to all fitness levels so make sure to invite your family, friends, and co-workers.
Items to bring, but not required to participate: Water, exercise mat, and towel.
*In the past SOLE PATROL has been set up as an eight week 5K Training Program; however this year it will be a three Saturday clinic at 90 min. in duration each day.
